This International Institute of Coaching Studies (IICS) program is International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited through the International Coaching Bureau (ICB), all of which you can look up online (links provided).

You may ask what difference accreditation makes. Here’s your answer. The ICF established ethical and professional standards for the coaching industry that ensure that coaches are well qualified to provide coaching services. Accredited programs like this one guarantee that you will learn the core coaching competencies prescribed by the ICF to ensure your clients receive effective coaching to meet their needs. Having ICF accredited training gives you credibility as a coach that you can promote in your business marketing.

Certifications: Upon graduation you will be a certified professional life coach with access to the IICS student center and thousands of additional resources.

• Empowering, motivating and questioning your clients
• The #1 question every coach should ask their clients
• Tests and assessments you should use with clients
• How to coach through various niches, including weight loss, relationships, career building and more
• Marketing your practice
• How to set up and run your business
• How to set up your website

When you attend training with Turnaround Coaching Academy, you begin coaching immediately! We believe in getting you started right away so you can hone your coaching skills. You will complete this class having strength in asking questions and listening, having competence in all coaching core competencies, and having confidence in your ability to guide your clients to success. You will practice consistently throughout this program and afterwards. Your mentor coach will be available to answer your coaching questions, including those regarding establishing and running your coaching business.
